The agreement
By installing or using the app, you agree to this document. If you disagree, uninstall and stop using the product. This is not a negotiation table; it is a clear fence around a training tool.
Not a doctor, not a federation official
Blaze Bola da Sorte offers practice structure and language-based suggestions. It is not medical advice, not a replacement for a qualified coach who can see your body in three dimensions, and not a certification authority. You accept responsibility for how you train, hydrate, warm up, and recover.
AI outputs are probabilistic
Plans and feedback are generated with models accessed through the OpenAI API. Outputs can be wrong, repetitive, or poorly matched to your hall conditions. You remain the player in charge: verify anything that touches safety, equipment setup, or club rules before you commit to it on court.
No peer data marketplace
The app is not designed as a channel for users to exchange personal data with each other. Features are built around solo flows and developer-side integrations, not a community inbox.
Integrations that keep the lights on
- Singular may receive event-style signals tied to pseudonymous identifiers so product quality can be measured in aggregate.
- OneSignal may handle push notification routing when you enable notifications, using device-level tokens as the addressing layer.
- OpenAI API receives the prompts required to return model text when you use AI-driven parts of the experience.
Those vendors have their own terms; they apply where they lawfully apply.
Accounts, if any
If future versions introduce accounts, subscriptions, or cloud sync, additional terms may appear. Until then, treat the app as a client-side training shell plus the integrations named above.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the app, scrape it into a competitor’s dataset without permission, or use it to harass others. Do not inject illegal content into prompts. The developer may refuse support for misuse.
Intellectual property
The app’s branding, layout, and original assets belong to ABS Life unless otherwise noted. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app as distributed through authorised stores.
Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. No promise of uninterrupted service, of perfect model answers, or of ranking gains in your next league night.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABS Life is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or injuries arising from on-court activity. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limitation applies only up to the boundary the law draws.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes deserve a fresh effective date at the top of this page and, if store rules require it, an in-app notice path in a future build.
