Rules of the pitch

The field has lines so the game can be played. These are ours. Read them once; they are shorter than a post-match press conference.

What you are holding

Baskigol is an Android application that produces AI-generated mood reports about sports teams and players, then lets you keep asking questions in chat. It is a lens. It is not a newsroom with a masthead, not a betting window, and not a promise about what will happen after the next corner.

The deal

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended purpose: scanning sports mood and talking to the report. You do not get to copy the product, resell it, strip it for parts, or present the AI’s sentences as a human journalist’s sworn copy.

Use it as a sports follower. Do not use it as a bulk intelligence feed, a harassment desk, or a way to break the service.

AI output is a sketch, not a verdict

Reports and chat replies are generated with OpenAI, a third-party service. They summarize tone and conversation. They can be incomplete, blunt, oddly confident, or wrong. Sport is chaotic; language models are probabilistic.

Do not treat a Baskigol paragraph as medical, legal, financial, or betting advice. Do not place a wager because a summary sounded sure of itself. The scanner reads the room. It does not referee the match.

What you agree to type

You agree to send only the text of your scan request and your follow-up questions. Do not paste other people’s private information into the thread. Other users never receive your messages: Baskigol has no public square and no user-to-user pipe for data.

If you break the law with the words you submit, that sits with you. We are not a co-author of that decision.

Third-party services on the bench

The app uses specialist services so it can run, measure, notify, and write:

  • Firebase — to operate the product.
  • Singular — to measure how people find it.
  • OneSignal — to deliver push notifications.
  • OpenAI — to generate the report and the chat replies from the text you type.

They are third-party services. Their own terms may cover the slice of work they perform. We use them for infrastructure, measurement, pushes, and language — not as a marketplace for personal files, because we are not collecting those files to trade.

Accounts, avatars, and the latest scan

The profile area may hold a personal avatar and ordinary account-related information so the interface stays tidy. The product is still the scan, not the costume.

The app remembers your latest analysis session. Leave the report screen and home shows a Last Mood Scan so you can walk back into the same conversation. Start a new scan and it replaces the previous one. That is deliberate: one story in focus, not a museum of old threads.

Availability

We can change, pause, or withdraw the app. Sports seasons end; so can features. You can stop using Baskigol at any time by uninstalling it.

Liability, in one paragraph

The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, ABS Life is not liable for decisions you make after reading a mood report or a chat reply — including sporting arguments, transfer daydreams, or anything that belongs at a bookmaker’s counter.
